Facilities: The Peter Kiewit Institute

We are housed in the Peter Kiewit Institute for Information Science, Technology and Engineering. This new $37.5-million building-as-laboratory features exposed infrastructure, and state of the art labs, including a building structural system laboratory, a building mechanical system laboratory, and a building lighting systems and electrical systems laboratory. The building was opened in August 1999.
